Now why rangers are a problem, really high elemental resist even with cheap mabinogi heroes gold GM elemental burn you will still only do about half the damage you do to good melee fighters.

Acc are the only ones that can turn rangers into dust easily with elemental attacks because their battle leader(?) gets a special attack that inverts elemental resists (that lovely 200 elemental resist you have turns into - 200 of course very funny when used on someone with negative elemental resist.)

Another Cross Class Q - By Voltage: If I cross class a mercenary to a specialist, Will I have the ability to:

1. Craft?

2. Assuming I can craft, craft intense?

3. Level all pts?

4. Still have any expert or elite melee skills?

5. Have any class skills? (Pretty sure I can not, but just checking)

This combo really doesn't shine until level 40+ where it explodes into something beastly and at 50 it becomes downright brutal.

However, if you started as a Ranger, you don't lose any beneficial buffs when you cross to warrior, unless your plan was going to gunner -> striker.

Reply by F91: A pure range may be support, but a ranger cross class can be support and damage. And a ranger xclass spec is super support and can deal damage at the same time.
